You and I

You came in my life and we fell in love so soon
We enjoyed the ride of life like sun in winters's afternoon

You were so profane and I might be a hewn
but you know my intention for you was always attune

I have hurt you so many time as buffoon
But you might know all those were just picayune

We got over from this relation however I was so swoon
On your B'day I will pray, you florish like harvest moon

hewn - cut or shaped with hard blows of a heavy cutting instrument like an ax or chisel
attune - bring into harmony with
buffon- a person who amuses others by ridiculous behavior
picayune- small and of little importance
swoon - pass out from weakness, physical or emotional distress due to a loss of blood supply to the brain
harvest moon - the full moon nearest the September equinox
